At MODdisplays, we strive to meet the needs of our customers in a timely manner. Please review our returns and exchange policies.

Damaged, Defective, or Missing Products

At MODdisplays, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and exceptional service. Please review the following policy regarding damaged or missing items:

Manufacturing Defects:
If your product arrives damaged due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you. To begin the process, please call 1.877.663.3976 or contact your sales representative within 3 business days of receiving your order.

Missing Items or Incomplete Shipments:
If you are missing any items from your shipment, or if any part of your order was not delivered by the agreed-upon in-hand date, please call 1.877.663.3976  or contact your sales representative within 3 business days of the delivery or the scheduled delivery date.

Unauthorized Returns:
Items returned without a valid return authorization number will be refused upon delivery, either at our warehouse or that of our suppliers.

Carrier-Related Damage:
If your shipment is damaged in transit by the shipping carrier, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will assist in the claim process and work with you to find a quick resolution. Please note that MODdisplays is not responsible for missed deadlines due a third party shipper delay, damaged or missing parts due to damage in transit, or lost packages. MODdisplays will not cover expedited shipping fees incurred for replacements or repairs caused by shipping carrier mishandling unless otherwise stated. In some cases, MODdisplays is able to ship new products immediately at no cost to the client but this will be viewed on a case-by-case basis.

Responsibility After Shipment:
Once your order is transferred to a third-party shipping carrier and tracking information is provided, it becomes the customer’s responsibility to monitor the shipment and ensure successful delivery. MODdisplays does not actively track every shipment after dispatch. If an issue arises, please notify us immediately of the expected delivery date so we can coordinate with the carrier for a timely and effective solution.

Warranty Information

At MODdisplays, we stand behind the quality of our products. Most items we offer include a limited one-year warranty, though warranty terms may vary by product.

Product-Specific Coverage:
Please refer to the individual product description for specific details regarding that item's warranty and return policy.

Photo Documentation Required:
To process a warranty claim, photos of the affected item are required unless otherwise instructed by MODdisplays.

Hard Cases & Flooring:
Hard shipping cases and flooring are covered by a limited warranty that protects against damage or manufacturer defects during the initial shipment to the clients location. After the initial delivery, there is no continued warranty. If your flooring or cases arrive damaged, you must notify MODdisplays within 3 days of receiving your order. If damage is reported after 3 days or If the product has been used within those 3 days, then the warranty is no longer valid.

Other Returns and Exchanges

Return Eligibility:
Customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to return items, provided they are unused and in like-new condition.

Exclusions:
Please note that custom-printed graphics, made-to-order exhibits, and other personalized products are not eligible for return under this policy.

Restocking Fees:
Returns of non-damaged items may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. For vinyl flooring tiles, the restocking fee is 30%.

Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, unless otherwise specified by MODdisplays.

Damaged Shipments:
If your product arrives damaged, you must notify MODdisplays within 3 days of delivery. We will work swiftly to resolve the issue with a replacement or refund. Failure to report damage within this timeframe may result in the return being denied or still subject to restocking fees.

Return Authorization Required:
Before returning any item, please contact us to obtain a return authorization number.
Returns sent without prior authorization and documentation will be denied.
