Have you been tasked with creating a trade show display for your company, but you're lost at where to begin? If you've not been to a trade show previously, this can be a daunting task. But have no fear, the general idea can be simplified relatively easily.
A general rule of thumb when designing a trade show booth is to reduce the standard 10x10 backwall into one bold message, logo, and provide approximately 60% of the display graphic as the background: either with an engaging photo or a non-competing visual. Of course with any design project, these rules can be broken. Since the display will be viewed during a busy event, it's generally better to create a simple yet bold design. Settling on a color scheme of no more than 3 colors provides continuity and provides a minimal design.
This Waveline Media 10.09 tension fabric display designed for InLoop offers a a minimalist design maintaining a limited color palette and visually interesting design elements. The motion and animation on the flat panel monitor on the middle backwall will create the interest and draw attendees into the booth space. The counter at the front of the booth doubles as a shipping/carrying case that the entire display can pack down into.
Black, white, and red create a bold visual for this Waveline Merchandiser 10.13 display with product shelving for Hath. The design is sleek, simple, and easy to read from a distance.
Akada, a software company, needed a booth design that expressed their unique brand identity, and chose the Waveline Media 10.07 tension fabric display. The limited color palette plays off the three colors from the company’s logo and leaves ample negative space. The panel holding the monitor was designed to look like a laptop to connect the company’s software. The XVline iPad.S1 Kit E kiosk has a call-to-action for an iPad giveaway that is clear and direct with the design elements complementing one another.
This custom package combines a retractable banner stand, 8’ curved backwall, and a 6’ tension table cover. The clear branding across all three products and design flourishes maintains continuity in the overall booth design. The advantage to these three separate units is they provide versatility to event marketing. There are booth layout options by rearranging where each item appears in the booth space. Also, each product can be used separately or independently or mix-and-matched to create different arrangements.
Simple, bold, and easy to read from a distance, this 10’ curved tension fabric display backwall is an affordable booth design. This backwall panel is an excellent foundation for a growing trade show strategy. As the company grows and expands in event marketing, the panel could be coupled with a literature stand, info counter, product display, TV/monitor stand, or table cover.
